Jon currently serves as a Community Support Specialist in the Crosby, Washington area worked with The Bindu Institute since January of 2019. He has studied Paralegal Studies at ICDC College, Business Administration at St. Petersburg College and Sports Management through the University of Florida. Jon brings to the program skills used as a Home Health Aid with responsibilities providing individualized skill development training in the veteran’s own environment; assisting in developing schedules, building compensatory strategies, and problem-solving skills related to everyday life such as household management, budgeting, vocational/volunteer exploration, cognitive skills training, and other home/community-based activities.  

           

Jon is a compassionate caregiver who knows how to keep a level mind and address any issues as they may arise, with a calm, upbeat demeanor. Jon has also helped build a veteran’s memorial in Dell Holmes Park in St. Petersburg, FL and was involved with the construction of a second veteran’s memorial in Lurie Park in Largo, FL.
