Jorge works as a Community Support Specialist in the Orlando, Florida community and has been with the company since June of 2023.  He graduated from the University of Central Florida in Kinesiology, focusing on Exercise Physiology and Human Performance.

In addition to being a CSS, Jorge currently has a small Personal Training & Health Coaching business called Chaotic Training that specializes in neurodiverse conditions. He has extensive knowledge of human physiology and has a good understanding of individuals suffering with low self-esteem, anxiety and/or depression.  As a result, he is very passionate about movement being used as medicine.  His compassionate and patient nature helps him when working with individuals who are suffering with challenges, such as these.

 

After transforming his life through health and fitness, he has dedicated his time to helping others achieve a better life utilizing movement and fitness. Like many others, he too was diagnosed with ADHD and has a neurodiverse condition, so he believes anything is possible with consistency and dedication. Through this experience, he has found ways to overcome these challenges.  Jorge stated, “having this for over 25 years, I've learned to never make excuses for your gifts and flaws, instead focus on moving forward little by little no matter what.”

Jorge loves working out and engaging in extreme sports such as snowboarding, mountain biking, free diving, trail running, and many individual sports like swimming, tennis, sprinting, and MMA. He absolutely loves learning new skills and ways to have his body not only perform better, but to utilize it more efficiently.
