Lalie Byers, BS, serves as a Life Skills Services Supervisor at The Bindu Institute, where she assists in managing a dedicated team of Life Skills Coaches across the program. She has been an integral part of the organization since July 2022. Lalie is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice along with a Certificate in Victims Advocacy.

Before joining The Bindu Institute, Lalie served in the U.S. Army for four years as a Signal Communications Sergeant, gaining valuable leadership and teamwork experience. Following her military service, she worked at a Military STEM Charter School serving grades K–10, where she discovered a passion for mentoring children and helping them grow into the best versions of themselves.

In her free time, Lalie enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on road trips, training her dogs, baking, and sharing her fun-loving energy through her cool dance moves. 😁
