Rates:

  1. Mental Health Counseling: Private-pay counseling sessions: $160/hour. 

•  We accept Tri-care, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and United Health Care. 

• Rescheduled or canceled appointments within 24hrs of appointment time will be charged a $75 fee.

   

  2. Life Coaching:

• Life Coach offers a free initial consultation; subsequent single sessions are $75/hour

• Three-month package: $360 (meet twice a month, 6 sessions, worth $60 per session)

• Six-month package: $600 (meet twice a month, 12 sessions, worth $50 per session)

 

  3.  Business Consulting:

• Business Consultant offers a free initial consultation; subsequent sessions are $100/hour

• Project-based business consulting: averages $3000 depending on project size

• The Bindu Way workshop (2-3 days): $2000 (Coming soon!)

• True Colors (3-hour workshop): $500

• Values workshop (3 hours): $500

• Mission, Values, and Purpose alignment (2 days): $1500

• Organizational Culture Assessment (1-day assessment, 3 days for analysis & report): $3000
