Danielle Adams, MA, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Central Florida and Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College.

 

Danielle previously worked at The Women’s Center in Brevard County, FL before moving to the Emerald Coast. At The Women’s Center, she worked with women survivors of domestic violence in the transitional housing program. Danielle has experience working with men, women, LGBTQ+, and teens in a number of concerns including depression, anxiety, domestic violence, low self-esteem, co-dependency, trauma, crisis, relationship problems, women’s issues, and phase of life problems.

 

Danielle uses a mindfulness-based approach to work collaboratively with clients to achieve their individual goals. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as cognitive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

 

Danielle is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental environment in order to help others in their journey of personal growth.

She provides virtual services only.
