Self-Care Assessment

What is self-care? 

 

Self-care is the practice of looking after and taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve your physical and mental health.  Self-care plays a huge role in an individual’s wellbeing. 

 

The eight categories of self-care are physical, emotional, social, spiritual, space as in your home, work, personal, and financial.

 

Sometimes you may just need a little direction and awareness to balance out your self-care.  Other times you may need more significant help from a trained therapist.  Regardless, the Self-Care Assessment is a place to start.
