SELF-CARE FAIR VENDOR REGISTRATION

We appreciate your interest in joining us at the next Self-Care Fair! The Fair will be located behind Pik-itz! Arts & Antiques at 1922 Highway 87, Navarre, FL 32566. We accept vendors who have a vested interest in one of the 8 self-care categories – physical, emotional, social, spiritual, personal, space, financial, and work.  Please do not provide a table that will sell or give away knives, weapons of any kind, or political promotion.  All food products must comply with Florida Cottage Food Industry Laws.

 

Vendor service fee for a 12 x 15 space is $50. Vendors interested in participating, please reserve your spot ASAP by completing the registration form below.  Registration and payment should be completed no later than **date unknown**.  Payment can be made by scanning the QR code here:

Vendors provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of sales tax for their inventory as applicable. Only the registered vendor and approved inventory are to be in a space unless you have prior approval from The Bindu Institute.     

 

Set Up:  Self-Care Fair hours are 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Set up can be done after 1:00 PM. You may drive on the lawn for set-up, but all vehicles must be off the lawn by 2:30 PM. Do NOT Park in food truck or store parking areas. Park in the vendor parking area, or in the Sand Dollar Plaza lot (see map below).

 

Take Down:  Take down of tents cannot begin before 5 PM and there are to be NO vehicles on the lawn before 5:30 PM.  Case-by-case exceptions can be made with approval from The Bindu Institute staff.  Leaving early without approval could result in your space not being held for future fairs. Leave your space clean. 

 

Waiting List: If we do not have a space available, you will be added to a wait list. We will contact wait-list vendors via email unless other arrangements are made.   If you are contacted twice with no response, we will move your registration from the wait list to HOLD status.  You will need to contact us again to be moved back to the wait list.
