JP has worked as a Life Skills Coach in the Tampa Bay area since October of 2024.  Additionally, she works as an Administrative Support Assistant at the Tampa Bay Weather Forecast Office, where she has been supporting the team since 2019. With more than 15 years of combined experience in federal service, the U.S. Air Force, and local government, she brings a strong background in administration, compliance, and technical systems.

Before joining NOAA, JP served as an Immigration Services Assistant with the Department of Homeland Security, where she guided thousands of individuals through complex immigration processes and coordinated naturalization ceremonies. She also worked with Duke Energy and Gaston County Government, building skills in compliance, records management, and client support. Earlier in her career, she served proudly in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Systems Specialist, maintaining and troubleshooting mission-critical aircraft systems.​ She is known for her dependability, attention to detail, and ability to support large teams in fast-paced environments.

Outside of her professional life, JP enjoys spending time with family, continuing her education and training, and giving back to her community. She values consistency, teamwork, and service—principles that have guided her throughout her career in both the military and public service.
