Brandon has worked as a Life Skills Coach in Harker Heights, Texas since September of 2024.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently completing his Master of Social Work at Walden University. He is also CPR-certified and skilled in-patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and treatment planning.

He was a dedicated Case Manager and Social Services professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through complex challenges. Previously serving with the Department of Defense’s Family Advocacy Program, he worked directly with clients to strengthen decision-making, connect them with resources, and ensure they maximize the benefits of available services. His approach is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and the belief that every client deserves the tools to build a more stable and fulfilling life.

Throughout his career, Brandon has held impactful roles in both healthcare and social services. As a Patient Navigator with Baylor Scott & White, he collaborated with patients, families, and care teams to reduce barriers, improve treatment adherence, and streamline transitions of care. Formerly, with Families In Crisis Inc., he assisted vulnerable families in achieving long-term housing stability through a strengths-based, case management model. His work with Bell County as a Mental Health Technician and Juvenile Supervision Officer further reflects his commitment to advocating for individuals facing behavioral health challenges and guiding youth toward positive change.

Before transitioning to social services, Brandon served honorably in the U.S. Army as a Fuel Reporting and Accountability Manager. In this role, he supervised large-scale operations, trained personnel, and managed critical resources supporting aviation units, earning recognition for his leadership and operational excellence. With a proven history of service and leadership, he remains committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with dignity, resilience, and hope.
