Brittany has worked as a Life Skills Coach in the Tampa Bay area since July of 2024 at The Bindu Institute. Driven by a natural passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact on people’s lives, Brittany brings over 25 years of personal and professional experience helping individuals improve their quality of life, achieve their desired goals, and be the BEST versions of themselves! Brittany’s background spans from providing caregiving and companionship to the elderly to delivering life and wellness coaching to adults, including wounded warriors with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions. Brittany’s focus is on empowering individuals to achieve greater independence, build self-confidence and self-worth, discover purpose and fulfillment, and improve their overall well-being. In addition, Brittany has 12 years of Human Resources experience, working for two top global financial services firms, which aids her in providing a well-rounded approach to assisting individuals from various personal and professional backgrounds.


Brittany received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from St. Petersburg College along with certificates in Addiction Studies, Allied Mental Health, and Community Health Work. In addition, Brittany received her Life Coach Certification from ICF accredited Coach Training Alliance and is a Certified Life & Wellness Strategist and the owner of Oasis of Enlightenment, LLC, a life and wellness coaching practice where she provides individualized coaching, empowerment workshops, and personal chef services.


In her free time, Brittany enjoys practicing self-care and self-love through various activities such as going to the gym, doing yoga and Pilates, and engaging in other mindfulness practices within Mother Nature. Brittany also enjoys expressing her creativity and healthy lifestyle as a home chef, and loves being a cat mom to her five rescue kitties. Another passion of Brittany’s is serving her community as a Volunteer Captain at Feeding Tampa Bay’s Trinity Café of Pinellas County.
