Cathi Young
Cathi serves as the Office Administrator, where she supports the counseling team by managing scheduling and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She is also one of the welcoming faces clients will see upon arrival, helping to create a warm and inviting environment.
Originally from Virginia, Cathi and her family relocated to the Navarre area several years ago. Before joining our team, she gained valuable experience working as a receptionist in a dental practice. Outside of the office, Cathi enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding, and practicing yoga.
Maria Gonzalez
Maria is the Billing Coordinator at The Bindu Institute, where she is responsible for tasks related to insurance and billing. She is available to answer any billing questions.
She grew up around the Heart of Texas until she joined the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Certifications in Medical Billing and Coding. She enjoys car karaoke with her kids, beach days, traveling, and Florida’s theme parks.
Karen Bolles
Karen serves as the Office Administrator, where she assists both clients and counselors with scheduling and ensures that daily operations run smoothly. Clients will find her to be a welcoming and supportive presence from the moment they arrive. She is also a Life Skills Services Supervisor, overseeing a case load of Life Skills Coaches.
Karen relocated to Florida in August 2021 with her family after living in Hawai’i. Originally from New York, she has discovered that the beach is her happy place. She is grateful to be part of the local community and is dedicated to supporting the clients of The Bindu Institute with professionalism and care.
Paula Fidelis-Fenton
Paula is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at The Bindu Institute.
She graduated from Barton College in 2006 with a B.S. in Gerontology. Paula has worked many years in Human Resources and has extensive knowledge of payroll processes.
She is originally from Brazil and can speak three languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Paula has a wide variety of hobbies to include crafting, raving, building Legos, decorating, cooking, baking, and planning parties.
