Cory Gray is a Life Skills Coach in the Tampa Bay area with a strong background in health science, military service, and client-focused care. He joined the company in February 2024. Cory earned a B.S. in Health Science from Purdue University Global in 2019 and blends that training with hands-on experience to support clients with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

Cory served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry with two combat deployments to Iraq. An IED on his second tour caused a traumatic brain injury and the loss of ten Marines from his unit, a defining moment that reshaped his life and cemented his commitment to serving others.

Cory has also held leadership roles in health and fitness, including Assistant Manager at Bally Total Fitness, where he trained staff, supported clients, and promoted wellness through movement. His diverse experience has equipped him with skills in staff training, case management, and program development, as well as a deep understanding of how structure, support, and encouragement can change lives.

Committed to service, Cory focuses on veterans and individuals navigating recovery from brain and neurological injuries. His approach is trauma-informed and goal-driven, balancing patience with structure to build independence, confidence, and community engagement. He maintains strong relationships with families, clinicians, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care.

Cory stays active in the gym and decompresses with his acoustic guitar. Time by the beach helps him reset and show up strong for his clients, families and community partners.
