Deborah, Community Support Specialist in the Northport, Florida area, has worked with The Bindu Institute since March of 2022.  She received a Bachelor of Art in Business and obtained a Teacher Certification in Special Education from Central Michigan University.  Additionally, she has a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.

Before joining The Bindu team, she worked as an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Specialist with Coronado High School for almost 10 years.  In this position, she mentored, guided, and supported all students by counseling, advising, facilitating, advocating, and coaching her students and 'at risk' learners.  Her education and experience as a special education teacher and specialist, has provided her with strategies to use to motivate others, as well as set measurable goals and how to meet those goals.

She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.  She is constantly learning and growing in her professional and personal life to further her education and understanding of others and herself.​
