Jessie, Life Skills Coach in Tampa, FL, has been working with The Bindu Institute since December of 2024. She is a dynamic professional with an MBA in Marketing from Keiser University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University, and an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College. With this strong educational foundation, Jessie blends business expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior, enabling a people-centered approach to leadership, advocacy, and organizational growth.

Currently also serving as a Victim Advocate with Bridging Freedom Inc. in Tampa, Jessie provides compassionate guidance and support to participants, helping them navigate challenges, engage with service and safety plans, and build the skills necessary for greater independence. Her role includes offering crisis intervention, behavioral management, and practical assistance, all while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Prior to this role, Jessie built an impressive career in management across diverse industries, including food service, retail, hospitality, and education. From overseeing large teams and managing multi-department operations at The Home Depot, Office Depot, and Gordon Food Service, to supporting staff development and operational excellence in natural food co-ops and restaurants, Jessie has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking. Her early experience at Gretchen Everhart School also reflects a long-standing commitment to serving vulnerable populations, particularly children with disabilities.
