Reggie has worked as a Life Skills Coach in Palm Coast, FL since October of 2024. He holds an Associate of Science in Aerospace Technology and has completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Governors University. Reginald is PMP-certified and holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belts, as well as certifications in IBM Applied AI and Google Data Analytics. His technical expertise spans database management, programming, machine learning, and cloud computing, complemented by extensive experience in project management and strategic leadership.

He is a seasoned Operations Leader with over 12 years of experience driving organizational efficiency, strategic growth, and cross-functional team success. His career spans both the private sector and military service, where he has consistently delivered measurable results—streamlining processes, reducing costs, and strengthening operational performance.

Additionally, Reggie is currently the Project Management Lead, Artificial Intelligence at Keywords Studios, where he applies his leadership and AI expertise to oversee innovative, large-scale projects. Previously, he served as an Advanced AI Data Trainer with Invisible Technologies, Inc., focusing on process optimization and cutting-edge artificial intelligence methodologies. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Provider Relations Representative at Illumed, he implemented operational strategies that increased revenue by $1.9M in just six months, cut hospital readmissions from 45% to 11%, and generated a $5.8M surplus through optimized provider-patient engagement systems. His leadership roles have also extended into fitness management, where he successfully scaled client services and revenue, as well as a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where he oversaw multimillion-dollar operations, trained thousands of personnel, and led large teams to exceed productivity and cost-saving goals.
