Shantel Day, MA, Community Support Specialist in Jacksonville, FL, has been working with The Bindu Institute since March of 2016.  She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration and from Barry University with a Master of Art in Public Administration.

Shantel is an experienced Case Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry.  She currently works at United Health Group as a Health and Social Service Clinical Coordinator.  Her previous work experience includes positions such as a LTC Case Manager with Sunshine Health, Provider Service Representative with Aetna, Patient Service Committee Volunteer at Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem.
