Valerie Harblin

Valerie serves as a dedicated Life Skills Coach with a lifelong commitment to helping others achieve stability, independence, and improved quality of life in Old Town, FL since October of 2025. With nearly two decades of experience spanning respite care, home health, and hospice services, Valerie brings compassion, patience, and real-world expertise to every individual she supports.
Her background includes extensive hands-on care with seniors and individuals experiencing complex medical and behavioral needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Valerie is trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA), with additional education in medical administration. Throughout her healthcare career, she has provided comprehensive support ranging from personal care and daily living assistance to care coordination, medical advocacy, and family collaboration.
In addition to her direct care experience, Valerie offers over 10 years of management and administrative leadership. She has served in roles such as Office Manager and General Manager, overseeing staff supervision, scheduling, payroll, logistics, compliance, budgeting, and customer relations. This operational background strengthens her ability to support clients holistically while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Valerie has a special passion for serving veterans and has volunteered significant time assisting them with accessing medical care, benefits, and ongoing support services. She considers it an honor to give back to those who have served the country.
Known for her empathy, reliability, and strong work ethic, Valerie has spent more than half of her adult life in service-focused roles. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals through life skills development, advocacy, and compassionate care, helping clients build confidence and lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
